Rule ``declare_equal_normalize``
================================

Equal sign in declare statement should be surrounded by spaces or not following
configuration.

Configuration
-------------

``space``
~~~~~~~~~

Spacing to apply around the equal sign.

Allowed values: ``'none'`` and ``'single'``

Default value: ``'none'``
