Rule ``unary_operator_spaces``

Unary operators should be placed adjacent to their operands.

Configuration
-------------

``only_dec_inc``
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Limit to increment and decrement operators.

Allowed types: ``bool``

Default value: ``false``
